Inside Thailand typically 1–4 days, international typically 7–20 days. These are estimates rather than guaranteed windows, since customs handling varies by destination. You receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Can I return products if unsatisfied? ▼
You have 7 days from receiving your parcel to start a return, and returns are only possible if the products are defective or otherwise unusable — a change of mind is not a valid reason.
