All products offered by Milo-Lab are sold strictly for laboratory and research use only ("RUO"). They are not approved, labeled, or intended for human or veterinary consumption, diagnostic use, or any therapeutic purpose.

By placing an order, you confirm and warrant that:

You are purchasing solely for legitimate research or laboratory purposes
You will not use, or allow any third party to use, these products on or in humans or animals
You are not relying on any statement on this website as medical advice or a treatment recommendation
You are responsible for verifying the legality of importing and possessing these products in your jurisdiction

3. Age Requirement

4. Pricing & Payment

We accept payment by Bitcoin, Ethereum, and credit card. You must pay the full amount at checkout, including shipping and any applicable taxes. Prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB) and include VAT as stated at checkout.

When paying by credit or debit card via CircoFlows, the THB price is converted to US Dollars (USD) at checkout using a live exchange rate, and your card is charged in USD. The displayed THB price is for reference; the USD amount charged reflects the exchange rate applied at the time of payment.

If a live, verifiable exchange rate cannot be obtained at the time of checkout, the transaction will not be processed rather than risk charging an inaccurate amount.

Cryptocurrency payments processed via NOWPayments are settled according to the exchange rate and terms presented by NOWPayments at the time of payment.

5. Orders & Acceptance

After you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This acknowledgment is not acceptance of your order. We may cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or where we cannot verify compliance with these terms.

Order cancellations: once an order has been placed and paid for, it can no longer be cancelled. Please review your order carefully before completing payment.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
