Refund & Return Policy
Please read this policy carefully before ordering.
Returns
You have 7 days after you receive your parcel to send an order back. Returns are only possible if the products are defective or in any way unusable. Change of mind is not a reason to return an order.
How to return: email info@milo-lab.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide a return authorization and address. Pack the item securely and ship it back. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items: please inspect your order on arrival. If something is wrong, contact us within 5 days with photos and your order number and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including return shipping.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and paid for, it can no longer be cancelled. Please think twice and review your order carefully before completing payment.
Customs, Loss & Delivery
For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, and it is your responsibility to confirm that your order can be lawfully imported into your country before ordering.
Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, we are not responsible for theft or loss. If a package is lost in transit, contact us and we will file a claim with the carrier. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address you provided, you are responsible for the re-shipping costs.
